Meet the Kind Dining Instructors

Kind Dining® is being taught in award-winning communities all over the nation.

Having in-house Kind Dining® instructors is cost-effective and ensures staff have a local mentor as they transform dining service. If you already have a corporate trainer, he or she can be certified to teach Kind Dining® through our Train the Corporate Instructor (TCI) seminar.

Training serving staff in long-term care and continuing care communities is fairly groundbreaking. Traditionally, dining servers have received cursory training from one of their peers. Kind Dining® trainers use a standardized curriculum to help servers learn to value their role in the community and perform to high standards. By training dining staff in this manner, Kind Dining instructors build a solid foundation for communities to exceed resident expectations, regulatory benchmarks, and organizational goals.

It’s important work and we’re proud of the people who take it on!
