Mealtime: You’re Organization’s Most Effective 60 minutes – Part 1

So much can go wrong in the dining experience, and, like food poisoning, this negativity can rapidly infect the entire business: draining morale, increasing costs, and limiting profitability. A good food experience, on the other hand, has certain fundamentals that need attention to take root, and further investment before becoming part of the culture. When done well, these have a beneficial impact on the entire organization. Join this workshop to identify your community’s blind spots and your organization’s potential to improve results rapidly. What goes well, or not, in the dining room will go well, or not, in your whole operation.

Three Learning Outcomes

  1. Explore the centrality of dining to organizational success: 6 Truths You Can’t Ignore
  2. Identify 3 hospitality secrets Boomer’s demand and when implemented; they’ll recommend their friends move in
  3. Examine how your servers, often the lowest paid, less trained staff are your most valuable company assets, and teach 5 low-cost changes to implement immediately to raise service quality
