Kind Dining at Homewoods

Homewoods GroupDining Services Director and Kind Dining® Instructor Jessica Schoenheinz  from Homewoods on the Willamette in Milwaukie, Oregon, wrote recently to let us know how well they are doing.

Our Mother’s Day Tea turned out beautifully. The residents were very pleased. My servers were great and the main compliment I heard was how pleasant and happy and friendly they all were. A smile goes a long way!

I am constantly hearing how wonderful our service is here. They have cheerful smiles, are always polite and accommodating. I know that Denae and Rafael are definitely doing their part in leading the way and they are doing a great job using the tools they learned. It is catching on with the rest of them, which is great.

Congratulations to the Homewoods team! I know they are working hard to make the dining experience at Homewoods a welcoming, satisfying experience.

They have another training class coming up, so stay tuned. I predict many future success stories will originate from the Homewoods dining room!
